Descriptions:

DM542, update of Black DM542, used for NEMA23 stepping motor , 57mm square stepper motor .

The DM542 is a new generation high-performance digital stepper driver based on DSP with advanced control algorithm. The motors driven by DM542 can run with much smaller noise and much less vibration than other drivers in the market. The DM542 possess the feature of lower noise, lower vibration, and lower heating. The DM542's voltage is DC 20V-50V. It is suitable for all the 2-phase hybrid stepper motor whose current is less than 4.20A.There are 15 kinds of microstep of DM542. The maximum step number of DM542 is 25600steps/rev (microstep is 1/128 ). Its current range is 1.0A-4.20A, and its output current has 8 stalls. DM542 has automatic semi-flow, over-voltage, under voltage and over-current protection function.
